Can the tent be set up on asphalt or concrete?
Yes! We can set up tents on asphalt, concrete, and other hard surfaces. Since stakes cannot be used on these surfaces, the tent must be a frame tent and will be secured with 55-gallon water barrels. Please note that water barrel anchoring is an additional cost.
Does the price include set up and tear down?
Yes! The tent rental price includes professional setup and tear down, so our team will handle the installation and removal for you. Delivery is a separate fee that is calculated based on the location of your event.
When do you set the tent up?
We do our best to schedule setup and tear down around what works best for you. Typically, tents are set up 1–2 days before the event and taken down 1–2 days after, so everything is ready well before your celebration begins.
Do you guys set up the tables and chairs?
Yes! Table and chair setup is available for an additional fee. Our standard delivery includes placing the tables and chairs underneath the tent, and customers usually arrange them how they would like. If you would prefer our team to set everything up for you, just let us know ahead of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your rental items and event date. This deposit secures your order and holds the equipment specifically for your event, so it is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Does the tent come with sidewalls?
Sidewalls are not included with the standard tent rental, but they are available as an add-on for an additional cost. Sidewalls are a great option for extra protection from wind, rain, or cooler weather.
Can I decorate the tent?
Yes! You are welcome to decorate the tent, but please do not use staples, nails, tape, or anything that could damage the tent fabric or poles. We ask that you use clips, string, or other non-damaging methods.
How do I know what size tent I need?
Tent size depends on your guest count, seating style, and any additional items going under the tent such as food tables, bars, dance floors, or buffet tables. If you are unsure, we’re happy to help recommend the best size for your event.
